摘要
提出了含磨粒油润滑工况下齿轮产生胶合失效的机理,通过分析磨粒进入接触区的过程,定性地描述了磨粒综合效应,并用磨粒一润滑油二相流润滑条件下油膜亏损率的概念,推导了磨粒分担载荷量的理论计算公式。最后以定量的角度利用Archard圆接触模型计算了磨粒在接触区内的温度效应,研究结果表明,实际润滑油中所含大量磨粒所寻致的温度效应是显著的。
A mechanis m is presented for init ial scuffing fa ilure of gears l ubricated withparticle一containing oils.Through the analysis of the process,in which particles enter the contactzone,the effct of abrasive grains is qualitatively elucidated,and a concept of fractional film defectis first introduced for particle一lubr icant biphase lubrication and the thcoretical formulae forthe calculation of load一sharing are derived.Finally,using the Archards contact model, the temper-ature effect caused by the abrasive grains in the contact zone is quantitatively demonstrated.The re。sults show that a number of abrasive grains existing in lubricating oils in practical use can lead topronounced temperature efrect。
