摘要
设计了一种热选轧机中的等精度转速测量系统，介绍了其工作原理和软硬件的设计方法。该系统结构简单，成本低，可靠性好，控制精度高，能够满足轧钢工艺要求。
Designs a kind of rotation rate meas uring system of equal precision in tandem hot mill,presents its working principles and design methods of soft and hard ware.The system has a simplestructure,low price,high reliability and high controlling accuracy.It can satisfy the requirement ofrolling technology.
