摘要 利用5kW的CO_2激光加工机重熔Fe-Ni-Cr-B-Si-Mo-C(Fe基)、Ni-Cr-B-Si-Fe-C(Ni基)和Co-Cr-B-W-C(Co基)自熔合金涂层,矾究了激光重熔层的组织、相结构、化学成分分布和耐磨性、强韧性等,研究结果表明,利用高能量密度的激光束重熔涂层,可使显徽组织明显细化,合金元素分布均匀,硬质相弥散分布,显著改善了火焰喷焊层的强韧性,提高了耐磨性,是改善火焰喷涂层或喷焊层性能的有效途径。 Studies the microstructure, phase constitution,strength and to ughness of laser beamremelted Fe-Ni-Cr-B-S-Mo-C(Fe-base),Ni-Cr-B-Si-Fe-C(Ni-bas) and Co-Cr-B-W-C(Co-base)alloy coatings,obtained by irqing a CO_2 laser processing machine with an outputpower of 5 kW.The results indicate that finer microstructure and hard phases in particulatedistributing can be obtained in the coating remelted by high energy density laser beam, So that it ob-vio usly impro ves the strength and to ughness asu,ell as wear res is tance. It is an effective methodof improving the properties of flame spraying coating and the flame remelted coating.
