摘要
痛性膀胱综合征是临床诊断新名词，此类病人症状各异，但基本上都具有耻骨上区疼痛，同时伴有尿频、尿急，偶有排尿困难，症状持续时间达半年以上，膀胱容量无减少。本症的病因尚不清楚，也无一种完全有效的方法治疗本病。
Painful bladder syndrome is a new clinical diagnostic term in patients with various symptoms, includes suprapubic pain accompanying frequency and urgency of urination symptoms persist for more than 6 months without reduction of bladder capacity. The cause of painful bladder syndrome is not definite. There is no effective method of treatment for painful bladder suyndrome yet.
