不同地区周期型马来丝虫两性成虫和两期幼虫蛋白电泳比较分析

Electrophoretic analysis on protein patterns of male and female adults and two stage larvae of periodic Brugia malayi from different areas

摘要 本文应用圆盘电泳对我国7个不同地区周期型马来丝虫的雌、雄成虫、感染蚴和微丝蚴进行了蛋白电泳区带分析和比较。结果显示,两性成虫的结果完全相同,同一阶段虫体在7个地区之间比较亦无差异。但是,3个阶段虫体的蛋白电泳型互不相同。应用相似率表示3个虫体阶段蛋白电泳型的相似程度,结果显示成虫和感柒蚴的相似度最高。 protein electrophoretic patterns of male and female adults,infective larvae and microfilariae of periodic Brugia malayi from seven endemic areas were comparatively analysed by disc electrophoresis.No signigicant difference in protein pattern was observed between the male and female adults and among the worms of the same life cycle stage from seven areas.However,there existed obvious difference among protein patterns of the three different life cycle stages.The percentage of similarity was used to express the degree of similarity in protein patterns of the three stages.It was shown that adult and infective larvae were the most similar in protein pattern
