本文报告３例临床误诊致死，经病理证实为中毒性肺炎的临床病理结果。例１曾误诊为脑炎。例２误诊为风湿性关节炎。例３误诊为胆道系统疾病。本文分析了其临床误诊致死的原因并总结了中毒性肺炎的临床病理特点等。

The pathological results of three cases of the toxic pneumonia are reported.Three patients died from the clinical erroneous diagnosis.Three cases of the toxic pneumonia had beeh ever diagnosed erroneously,case 1 as encephalitis,case 2 as rheumatic arthritis,case 3 as the disease with the biliary tract system.The causes of dying from clinical erroneous diagnosis are analysed.The clinicopathological features of the toxic pneumonia and so on are summarized.
