摘要
经腹部超声检查妇科疾病，如炎性包块，良、恶性肿瘤，子宫内膜异位症与宫外孕等往往难做出确切诊断，应用经阴道超声，可提高阳检率。本文对１６例临床疑为盆腔包块的病人进行经阴道超声检查，均经手术和病理证实。
It is very difficult for transabdominal ultrasonography in diagnosis of gynecologic diseases,for instance,inflammatory swelling,benignor or malignant tumonr endometriosis,edtopic pregnancy.Transvaginal ultrasonography used, the diagnosis is easy and exact,26 patients were examined who were suspected peril tumour with transvaginal ultrasonography,the results were proved by operation and pathology.
