下颌无名孔的观测

Observation of the unnamed foramina in mandible

下颔无名孔内穿行的血管、神经对下颌的血液供应、下颌骨侧支循环的建立及下颌的神经支配、下颌牙齿麻醉有重要的理论和临床意义。本文用１００例成人下颌骨，用不同型号的针灸针、注射针头和铁钉，以恰好插入无名孔为准，测量其直径（孔径）、观测方向、用游标卡尺测量孔的位置。最后，讨论了下颌无名孔在下颌血液供应、神经支配方面的重要意义。

Passing blood vasas and nerves through unnamed foramina in mandible have important thoery and clinic significance for blood supply of mandible,establishing lateral branches circulation in mandible,nerves innevation of mandible and anaesthesia of mandibular tooth.Size of unnamed foramina of 100 mandible have been measured by virious type acupuncture needle, syringe needle and iron nait,just inserting into the unnamed foramina as standard. Opening direction of the foramina were observed. Position of was measured by vernier callipers. Final,significance of unnamed foramina in mandible for blood supply and nerve innervation were discussed.
