摘要
利用叔丁醇为原料，在硫酸氧化下生成过氧化氢异丁烷产物，其最佳操作条件是：维持在液相条件下进行反应，反应温度为１４～１８℃，反应时间为９０ｍｉｎ，静止分层时间为１５ｈ。所用氧化剂的浓度为７０％，引发剂的浓度为３０％，而原料叔丁醇的浓度为８５％。
Abstract Hydrogen-peroxide isobutane is organic hydroperoxide. Having unique proerties,it becomes important intermediate of chemical industry such as catalysts. oxidizer,and so on. With tert-butyl alcohol oxidized by sludge acid ,hydrogen-peroxide isobutane is formed .The operation condition:reaction temperature is 14～18℃,under liq-uid phase conditions keeping reaction,reaction time is 90 minutes,static separating lay-er time is 15 hours,concentration of oxidizer is 70%,concentration of exciting agent is 30%and concentration of tert-butyl alcohol is 85%.SUBJECT TERMS:organic hydroperoxide,pH value,standard liquid,exciting agent
