摘要
在试验数据的基础上，运用可靠性统计的基础理论，提出了联组５Ｖ带的疲劳寿命分布类型．建立了Ｖ带传动中且大拉力Ｆ与可靠寿命Ｎ＿ｐ之间的寿命方程，为联组５Ｖ带在试验条件下的寿命预测提供定量分析依据。
Abstract In this paper,the distribution types of fatigue life for joined 5V-belt are obtained,hased on a mass of testing data and applied foundation theory of reliability statistics. The fatigue life equation relative to maximum tension F and Q-percentile life N_p ofV-belt drive is given,which provides quantitative analytical basis for fatigue life forecastof joined 5V-belt under testing conditionsSUBJECT TERMS:joined 5V belt,life distribution life equation
