摘要
考虑下部钻具组合的弯曲效应和接触状态,运用间隙无法对下部钻具组合进行了受力变形计算。根据求得的钻头处变井斜力、变方位力和井底钻压对冷平1井适斜段和水平段的8套钻具组合性能进行了评估,其平均井斜误差在1°/100m左右,平均方位误差在3°/100m左右,为冷平1井下部钻具组合性能分析提供了理论方法和计算程序,该方法也可供其他水平井使用。
Abstract The force and deformation of bottom hole assembly (BHA)are calculated by the gap-element method,in consideration for the bending effect and contact state of BHA.The characteristic of eight sets of BHA in building and horizontal segment for LP1 wellis evaluated according to the inclination force, azimuth force and reaction force of thebit,the average error of inclination is 1°/100m and azimuth is 3°/100m.Thus,the the-oretical method and computer program are provided for the BHA characteristic analysisof LP1 well,which can be used for another horizontal wellSUBJECT TERMS:bottom hole assembly (BHA),gap-element method,inclination,azimuth
