MTC水泥浆的室内研究（Ⅰ）─—分散剂的研制

LABORATORY STUDY ON MTC:DEVELOPING DISPERSANTS

泥浆转变成的水泥浆被称为ＭＴＣ技术，这种浆体兼具钻井液和固井液的作用。与传统的固井工艺相比，能显著提高环空顶替效率，降低成本，同时还可解决钻井废泥浆对环境造成的污染问题。成功地制备了这种能够完成ＭＴＣ设计的分散剂，并从流动度、强度、稠化时间等方面进行了性能测试。

Abstract Conversion of mud to cement is called MTC technique. Both drilling fluid and ce-menting slurry can be replaced by MTC slurry. Contrasting MTC technique with tradi-tional cementing technology, the advantages of MTC technique are referred to success-ful cementing,lower cost and preventing environmental pollution of drilling fluid The new dispersants developed by us can be used to design MTC slurries.
