异丁醛气相加氢工艺的研究

THE STUDY OF THE GAS PHASE HYDROGENTION PROCESS OF ISOBUTYRALDEHYDE

对异丁醛气相加氢工艺、异丁醇产品的精馏工艺反应参数与反应结果的变化规律进行研究，找出了适宜的工艺条件及催化剂。

Abstract The gas phase hydrogenation process of isobutyraldehyde and the distillation pro-cess of isobutanol were studied. The affecting law of reaction temperature, pressure,space velocity and hydrogen-oil ratio for reaction results were discussed and the appro-priate catalyst and the process condition with gas phase hydrogenation of isobutyralde-bvde were found out.SUBJECT TERMS:isobutyraldehyde,gas phase hydrogenation,temperature,pres-sure,hydrogen oil ratio
