摘要 本文简述了TR镦锻装置及其工艺流程、设计程序。主要介绍了TR镦锻曲轴生产中所产生的问题、原因,以及解决办法,有助于我们全面了解TR曲轴生产情况。 This article simply states a device of TR Upset forging , a upset forging process and a program of designing moulds, the problems which occur in TR crankshaft upset forging and its reasons and ways of resolution are introduced. It'll contribute to a completely understanding of the production of TR crankshafts.
