摘要
以热杀大肠杆菌J5株为抗原,免疫BALB/c小鼠,取其脾细胞和Sp2/0骨髓瘤细胞融合,获得4株能稳定分泌抗菌体脂多糖单克隆抗体的杂交瘤细胞系。鉴定了其中3株单克隆抗体和8种革兰氏阴性菌的交叉反应性,为进一步研究打下了基础。
Four cell lines of hybridomas secreting monoclonal antibodies against E.coli J5 were prepared by fusion of Sp2/0 cells with the spleen cells from BALB/c mice immunized with heat-killed E.coli J5 organisms. The cross reactivities of these McAbs with Gram negative bacteria(GNB)were characterized and the preliminary results from the immunotlierapy of experimental GNB bacteremia in mice by these McAbs show quite satisfactory protective activities. These McAbs are under further investigation in our laboratory.
