摘要
本文根据系统论哲学观，讨论了当代地质科学主导理论板块说的认识论与方法论问题，分析了所存在的四个根本性理论困难，并基此而提出地学发展的理论新命题──地壳及岩石圈板块运动属性的“三维与两维之辨．
ccording to the philosophical standpoint of the system theory,this thesis discusses the question of the cognation and method theory of the slab structure doctrine which is the leading theory of the modern geological science,and analysises the existent four essential theroetical diffiCulty. Base on that,the author suggests the new subject of the geological developing theory-the two and three--dimensional differention of the motionattribute of the slab in the crust and the lithosphere.
