ELISA检测可溶性白细胞介素2受体夹心法的临床应用及其评价

The Clinical Application and Evaluation of Sandwich ELISA for Detection of Serum Soluble IL-2 Receptor

应用双单克隆抗体夹心法ＥＬＩＳＡ对甲型肝炎、肾综合征出血热、小儿呼吸道合胞病毒感染以及肾移植术后患者等血清中可溶性白细胞介素２受体（ｓＩＬ２Ｒ）进行了定量检测，并对该方法的敏感性、重复性等参委大进行了对比观察。结果表明，该方法敏感性高、特异性强．重复性好，变异率低于国外同类产品，所检测的临床疾病ｓＩＬ－２Ｒ水平的变化与文献报道相符，并与病情、病程相关性良好，可用于基础和临床免疫学研究。

Serum soluble interleukin-2 receptor(sIL-2R)levels in patients were measured by a sandwich ELISA with high specificity and sensitivity which was established in our department. The concentrations of serum sIL-2R in patients with renal allograft, yiral liver diseases, and hemorrhagic fayer with renal syndrome were much higher as compared with that of nurmal subjects.Moreover,the study on kinetics of sIL-2R in serum from HFRS patients indicated that in febris phase the sIL-2R level was doubled as compared with normal control, during the period of oliguria the level of sIL-2R reached to 270u/ml and then declined to the normal level with recovery of the disease.These results indicated that this method is helpful to diagnosis of some diseases.Quantitative detection of sIL-2R could be an useful laboratory index for assessment of clinical phase change and patient's condition.
