摘要 本文收集H12型氮氢压缩机1、2级194件进口气阀和103件出口气阀的使用寿命和失效模式,经统计分析和失效分析后,表明弹簧是气阀关键零件。控制簧丝硬度,改善热处理工艺,提高其抗硫化、抗氧化性能及妥善保管后能大幅度延长气阀寿命。 In this paper, the ranning period and wear-out mode of 194 pieces of inlet valves and 108 piecesof outlet valves of H12 type N2,H2 compressor were collected. By means of statistics and failure analysis it isturned cleat that the spring is the key component of avalve,and it is workable to considerably prolong the lifes pan of valves by controlling the hardness of spring wire, ameliorating beat treatment, improving the anti-sulfura tion and and-oxidation properties and preserved properly.
