中变煮沸器1Cr18Ni9Ti列管腐蚀失效机理的研究及治理效果

摘要 针对合成氨脱碳系统中变煮沸器1Cr18Ni9Ti列管腐蚀失效,采用动态高温模拟和高温加背压两种实验方法,研究论证了该列管在热钾碱液中发生孔蚀破坏的主要原因,阐明了腐蚀机理.提出了治理方案. To counter the invalidity of 1Cr18Ni9Ti tubes of HTS reboiler from corrosion in the CO2 removal unit of ammonia plant,a study on the essential cause of porous corrosion of reboiler tubes in hot potassium carbonate solution has been carried out by dynamic analogue at high temperature and high temperature plus back pressure methods; and the corrosion mechanism was to be clarified As follows from the foremetioned work,a treatment plan has been put forward.
