摘要
针对该厂硝酸钠蒸发器的应力腐蚀破坏情况，对损坏原因进行了具体分析，提出寻求有效的缓蚀剂和抗应力腐蚀开裂的材质．建议用００ＣＲ１８Ｎｉ５Ｍｏ３Ｓｉ２双相不锈钢制造硝酸钠蒸发器是解决应力腐蚀破坏的理想途径。
To counter the stress corrosion cracks in sodium nitrate evaporator encountered in this plant,a specific analysis of the cause for the occurrence has been made and the effective corrosion prohibitor and the materials resistant to the stress corrosion cracks have been put forward. It is suggested that the application of 00Cr18Ni5Mo3Si2,the stainless steel with dual phases, to the sodium nitrate evaporator is an ideal means to solve the problem of stress corrosion cracks.
