以创伤弹道学理论和试验结果为依据，从致伤效果的角度探讨了步兵面杀伤武器的威力设计问题，由于杀伤效果与破片的诸多因素中不少是很难给予明确量值的，如破片的形成与形状、有效作用距离等，故文中采用模糊寻优的方法进行寻优。

This paper discusses questions based on the wound ballistics theory and results of tests. It mainly apptoaches the power design about small grenade from the wound effect.In this paper,the optimizition method is fuzzy mathematical way because it is difficult to give the clear value of many factors such as the fragment's velocity,shape and etc,
