摘要
详细分析计算了MC尼龙弹带坡膛挤进过程中的应力、应变及形变分布和变化.以某长杆尾翼稳定脱壳穿甲模拟弹药分析模型,并考虑挤进过程中的形变阻尼和摩擦作用进行了计算。计算结果与实验基本符合,从而提出一种改进的弹托结构。
This paper provides the distribution and variation of stress, strain and deformation for MC Nylon bank in the engraving process of projectile,when it locates at the inclination region of inbore.The analysis model is a simplified structure for some long-rod,fin-stabilized kinetic energy projectile.The deformation resistance and friction function are considered in this simulation calculation.The computed results correspond well with the experimental results.Therefore;an improved structure is supplied.
