摘要
介绍了一种简单、易行的提高了基胶囊使用寿命的方法。通过调整配方和工艺改进混炼胶质量，最终使胶囊成品一次合格率提高２０％，使用寿命延长一倍以上。
A uncomplicated and easy to operate method was studied to extend the service lives of curingbinddes in this poper.Acceptable raets of curing bladdes were increased about 10percent and the servicelives of the products were extended over one time by improvements in recipe and vnlcanitalion process.
