摘要
蛋白质的高级结构是由一级结构决定的,这就是说,蛋白质中氨基酸的排列顺序及其相互作用决定了蛋白质的结构和功能。本文从这一基本原则出发,分析并计算了氨基酸残基在折叠和非折叠状态下的暴露和埋藏,得到了一种计算蛋白质可及表面积的新方法。
In proteins, the sequencl and side chain interaction of the amino acids determine the structure-functions of proteins. Based on the above principle, the authors analysed and calculated the exposure and burying of the amino acid residues in folding and unfolding conditions; therefore a new method for calculating the accessible area in proteins is also obtained.
