摘要
本文讨论了PET、PA短纤维(SF)与CPE热塑基复合材料的制备、基本力学性能和流变性能。探索了SF组分(种类、含量、L/D比)、粘合体系、工艺条件等对性能的影响。实验结果表明,HRH粘合体系可显著改善复合材料的力学性能。从兼顾复合材料的物理件能与加工流变性能的角度出发,在本实验条件下,取SF为15重量份、L/D为220为宜。
The composites of SF (Short Fiber ) PET and PA reinforced CPE (Chlorinated Polyethylene)were prepared by blending technology, and mechanical preperties and rheological Properties werediscussed. The effects of content, aspect, ratio (L/D ) of short fiber and bonding system of fiber andmatrix on the properties were studied too. The results showed that HRH could increase tensilestrength of the composites as compared with no adhesive. The composites bed better mechanical andprocessing properties as SF was 15 phr,L/D ratio about was 220.
