摘要
本文观察到天南星中两种生物碱(201与202)均有不同程度的清除超氧阴离子自由基(O_2^- )、抑制鼠肝线粒体脂质过氧化反应、异常膨胀和膜ATP酶活性,除202对膜流动性没有明显的作用外,上述各项指标202较201的作用强度更为显著。因此可以推测该生物碱具有治疗心血管疾病和肝脏病的作用。
The effect of two alkaloids from Arisema Japonicum Blume, 201 and 202, on the structure and function of rat liver mitochondrial membrane was studied. It was found that both alkaloids, to some extent, have the potential ability to (1) scavenge superoxide anion radical and inhibit the lipid peroxidation of rat liver homogenate(2)inhibit the abnormal swelling of mitochondria and the activity of alkaloid 202 in all observations mentioned above except in membrane microviscosity were much stronger than those of alkaloid 201. The results of the experiments indicate that the two alkaloids may be useful in treatment of cardiovascular and liver dise ases.
