摘要
运载火箭贮箱箱底多为椭球拼焊结构,实现自动焊接难度较大,因此过去常采用手工焊接。本文扼要地叙述了箱底自动焊接系统的构成及技术特点。此系统由数控主机、焊接自动控制装置、焊接机头等组成。数控主机用于保证箱底纵、环焊缝焊速恒定并使焊接点始终处于平焊位置。焊接自动控制装置采用微机实现焊接过程控制,完成引弧、焊接、熄弧控制及弧压自动调节和焊缝自动跟踪。此外,该系统在焊接机头上装有工业电视装置用来监视焊接过程。
In general the tank dome of launch vehicle is elliptically constructed by splice-welding.It is difficult to perform automatic welding,so hand welding is usually used.This paper describes the constitution of the automatic welding system used in manufacture of tank dome and its technological characteristics.The system consists of NC machine,welding control device, welding head,etc.NC machine is used to ensure that longitudinal and circular weldings are produced at a constant speed and the welding point is always in flat position.Welding control device adopts microcomputer for process control,arc striking,welding,arc extinguishing control,auto arc voltage control and auto tracking of welding seams. An industrial TV set is installed on the welding head to view welding process.
