1MN Multifunctional Lever-type Force Standard Machine

本文介绍一种新型的力标准机──１ＭＮ杠杆式力标准机。这种力标准机结构上实现了杠杆式与静重式力标准机、力标准机与电磁天平的结合。功能上实现了一机三用，即可做１００ｋＮ静重式力标准机、１ＭＮ杠杆式力标准机、１０ｔ电磁天平使用。本文详细介绍了三种功能的结构特点、精度分析及研制中遇到的技术问题和解决方法。

This paper describes a new kind of force standard machine──1MN lever-type force standard machine. In the structure of this kind of standard machine, the combination of the lever-type with the static weight-type, as well the combination of force standard machine with electromagnetic balance, is accomplished. Functionally, the machine can be used for three purposes. It can be used not only as 100kN static weight-type force standard machine and 1MN lever-type one, but also as 10t electromagnetic balance.The paper introduces in detail the structural features, accuracy analysis and the technical problems in development and the methods of solving the problems.
