摘要
进行碳纤维复合材料切削加工时,易产生各种加工缺陷,刀具磨损快,尺寸控制困难。本文通过对碳纤维复合材料的切削、切割等加工工艺的研究,对各种切削刀具的材料、几何角度提出了建议,并推荐了相应的工艺参数。
It is easy to produce a lot of machining defects for carbon fibre composite material in cutting processing. Tools wear quickly and it is hard to control size. This paper recommends material and geometry angle of tools used in cutting processing by studying cutting technology for carbon fibre composite material, and the corresponding technological parameters are given.
