关于负二项分布参数k值的讨论

A DISCUSSION ON PARAMETER k OF NEGATIVE BINOMIAL DISTRIBUTION

负二项分布是群团型生态格局的典型理论分布之一.自然界中很多种群的格局用此分布拟合均获得较理想的结果(Bliss and Fisher,1953),所以负二项分布具有适应性强、应用范围广的特点.但是,关于负二项总体格局的 k 值与集聚强度之间的关系,通常认为,参数 k 可以作为集.聚的度量;为了得到随丛生增加而增加的集聚指标。

This paper discusses properties of the parameter k of Negative Binomial Distribution (N.B.D.)and the relationship between k and aggregative index of spatial pattern of a population with the N.B.D. The main results are as follows: (1)It as an aggregative index with k is not fit for variable biological populations of N.B.D.inquantity; (2)It as an aggregative index with k is suitable for changeless biological populations of N.B.D.inquantity; (3)When k→∞ the pattern of N.B.D.would move to a random pattern (Poisson distribution).
