摘要
研制了一套密封连接结构的检漏装置，它可以检测密封连接结构在液氢温度与高压下的漏率。另外还报道了漏率测试方法与试验结果。
A leak detection equiprnent has been developed in our institude。It can detect the leak rate of the sealed connector at the liquid hydrogen temperature and high pressuee。The rneasurement method of leak rate and the experiment results are reported in this paper,too.
