摘要
LH2、LN2为冷源.用减压降温和增压升温的方法.分别获得了14K~30K、63K~100K的浴槽温度。恒温精度优于±50mK/20min。LH2耗量<2.5/h。LN2耗量<0.6L/h。适用于热电偶温度计和电阻温度计的比对校准。
Using LH2 and LN2 as coolant respectively, we obtain temperature from 14K to 30K and from63K to 100K in a cryostat by decreasing and increasing the saturate vapor pressure of the coolant.The temperature stability is better than ±50mK /20 min. The consumption of LH2 is less than2. 5L/h and of LN2 is less than 0. 6L/h. The cryostat is suited to the integral comparison and calibration between thermocouple and resistance thermometer as well as to the electricity measurement in low temperature.
