六种布鲁氏菌对十四种抗菌素的敏感性研究

Study on the Sensitivity of 6 kinds of Brucella to 14 Antitotics

本文介绍广西２０株犬种布鲁氏菌和６种布鲁氏菌参考菌株，对１４种常用抗菌素的敏感性观察，以氯霉素抑制最强，高敏菌株占９０％。其次是强力霉素、妥布霉素、四环素、红霉素和新霉素。噻孢霉素、头孢哌酮、头孢Ｖ号等，对大多数布鲁氏菌的抑菌效果较差，耐药菌株占４５％～１００％。

n observation was carried on 20 strains of Brucella canis from Guangxi and 6 kinds of standard Brucellawith 14 clinically used antibiotics. Result showed that the most effective antibiotics was chloramphenical,a-mong them 90%with high senstivity. The more effective antibiotics were doxyoycline, tobramycin, tetracy-cline, erythromycin and mycifradin. Those had less bacteriostic effect on most Brucella were cephalothin,(cephanone) and cefazolin,etc.Out of them,there was 45%～100%drug-resistant strains.
