克山病病区粮喂饲鸡雏胰腺外分泌腺腺胞超微结构观察

Ultrastructural Observation on Pancreatic Acini of Chicks Kept on a Diet Contained Grains from Keshan Disease Area

用克山病病区粮喂饲鸡雏三周，其胰腺外分泌腺腺胞出现了以空泡变性为主的表现，电镜下观察该空泡主要是高度扩张或囊泡变的粗面内质网。上述变化是由克山病病区粮低硒使机体组织谷胱苷肽过氧化物酶活力降低所致；胰腺损伤，继发维生素Ｅ吸收障碍可加重这种损伤。

hicks were kept on a diet contained grains from Keshan disease(KD)area for 3 weeks. Under opticalmicroscope,alteration in pancreatic acini of the chicks was mainly vacuolar degenerdtion. Ultrastructural alter-ations in the pancreatic acini of the chicks were Characterized by extensive and severe dialation of endoplasmicreticulum. The change in the pancreatic acini of the chicks might be result of selenium deficiertcy in the KDarea grains ,which lead to decrease in glutathione peroxidase activity in the tissues of the chicks. Secondary vi-tamin E malabsorption was development in the chicks,which would aggravate the pancreatic injuries.
