摘要
作者采用电感耦合等离子体(ICP)法对染氟、染砷和染氟砷大鼠肝脏9种无机元素含量进行了测定分析。结果显示:砷对肝脏Zn和Fe的代谢有明显影响。氟砷联合作用对肝脏Zn和Fe的影响表现为氟对砷具有拮抗作用。氟和砷对肝脏Ca和Mg的代谢均有影响,氟砷联合作用减弱了单纯氟和单纯砷对Ca和Mg的影响,表现为氟和砷的拮抗作用。氟、砷对机体肝脏的危害,一方面为氟或砷的直接作用引起的损伤;另一方面为氟或砷通过影响肝脏无机元素的代谢而引起的损伤。
istar rats were fed with water containing 150ppm NaF,75ppm As2O3 and the mixture of 150ppm NaF plus 75ppm As2O3 for six months。Nine inoganic elements of the liver were analysed in rats。The results showed that the metabolisms of Zn and Fe were interrupted by arsenic。Fluorine could reduce the action of ar senic。The contents of Ca and Mg in liver were affected by fluorine and arsenic。The effects of simple arsenic and simple fluorine on heptic Ca and Mg were more than that of arsenic and fluorine combined.This sugges ted that there was the antagonistic action between arsenic and fluorine。The damages of fluorine and arsenic on liver have two respects。One is the direct action on liver。 The oth-er is the indirect action- the unnormal changes of inorganic elements caused by fluorine or arsenic。
