日本血吸虫成虫及虫卵内胶原与网状纤维成分的观察

Observations on the Collagenous and Reticular Fiber Elements in Adult Worm and Ovum of Schistosoma japonicum

本文用特殊染色方法，观察了日本血吸虫成虫及各发育期虫卵内胶原及网状纤维成分，并对其分布及含量作了较为系统和全面的观察。同时，对上述物质的生理学意义进行了简要的讨论。

ollagenous and reticular fiber elements of adult worms and ova of Schistosoma japonicum in the liver of NIH mice which hd been infected with cercariae 6 weeks before were detected by special stain methods。The results showed that the tegument of adult worms contained rich collagenous substance ,which was more abundant in female than in male worm。The fibrous membrane of reproductive orgaris ,the basal mem-brane of digestive and reproductive ducts as well as the parenchymal tissue of adult worms of both sex con tained moderate or little content of collagenous and reticular fiber elements.The surface and basal membranes of tegurment in adult worms were ich in reticular fiber element.Except for the mature- miracidium stage of the ova,the profuse collagenous and reticular fiber elements were demonstrated in different developmental stages,i.e,the single-cell stage, cell-cleavage stage and organ-formation stage of the ova。The embryonic membrane of the ova also showed moderate content of colldgenous fiber element,while both outer and inner layer of egg shell exhibited rich reticular fiber element。The physiological aspects of collagenous and reticular fiber elements presented in adult worms and ova of S.japonicum were discussed briefly。
