摘要
本文对大骨节病区不同发硒水平儿童血浆蛋白质和17种氨基酸进行了对比分析。结果表明:蛋白质、甘氨酸、丙氨酸、半胱氨酸、异亮氨酸、亮氨酸和赖氨酸在三组儿童间具有显著差异;其中蛋白质,甘氨酸,丙氨酸、半胱氨酸与发硒呈正相关关系。提示低硒确能引起氨基酸代谢紊乱;低硒儿童体内蛋白质、含硒氨基酸及一些与胶原有关的氨基酸降低。低硒与蛋白质、氨基酸缺乏的复合作用与大骨节病的关系值得进一步研究。
lasma protein and l7 kinds of amino acid were determined in the children from Kashin- Beck disease af-fected areas with different hair selenium levels. Results showed that there were significant differences of pro-tein and Gly, Ala, Cys, Ileu and Lys among the three groups and that a positive correlation existed betweenthe contents of protein, Gly, Ala, Cys and hair Se levels, suggesting that Se-deficiency may cause metabolicabnormality of amino acids.
