江苏省生产力总体布局态势分析

AN ANALYSIS OF THE DISTRIBUTION OF PRODUCTIVITIES IN JIANGSU PROVINCE

面对江苏省的经济发展水平南北差距日趋明显这一实际，到本世纪未乃至下一世纪初，全省生产力的总体布局，应在全省总体经济实力持续发展的前提下，加快苏北经济的发展，以尽快缩小南北间的经济差距。今后该省生产力布局的总体构想应当是：以苏南地区开发为重点，同时加快东陇海沿线产业密集带的建设，以形成“南北呼应，中心开花”的基本态势，争取在下个世纪初期形成“一片经济核心区、一条产业密集带、两个增长中心”的生产力布局格局。

Allocation of productive forces,economic core region, industry-intrnsive zone,increasing centre Abstract The diaparit y of economic development between the south and the north of Jiangsuprovince becomes obvious,The allocation of productive forces should be based on this fact,before the end of this century and even before the beginning of the next century that the eco-nomic development in the north should be speed up to reduce the economic disparity, underthe presupposition of keeping up a steady increase at a high speed in the total economicstrength of the province. Therefore,the overall conception of the future distribution of pro-ductive forces can be described as follows:To put the stress on thesouth zone, to accelerate the construction of the industry inten-sive zone along the east Longhai rail way line and to improve the economic strength of twocentre cities Huaiyin and Yancheng; then to strive to form such an allocation of productiveforces by the beginning of the next century,in which there are a several economic core re-gions, an industry-intensive zone,and two economic increasing centres.
