风钻用Φ40mm球齿钎头几何结构参数探讨

摘要 根据矿山工业考核,针对应用最普遍的Φ40mm球齿钎头在设计、生产、使用中暴露出的问题,侧重其几何结构参数方面,提出了两种比较适合沉底式感应钎焊固齿工艺和我国材料与钎具工业现状的布齿方案,希望对促进小直径球齿钎头的技术进步和进一步开拓国内外钎具市场有所裨益。 The button bits made by the technology of welded by induction have been used more than 80% of all small - bore button bits and begun to export abroad in large amount. AmOng these products, the φ40mm button bits have been used most widely, and have a tenden-cy for replacing the insert bits in general hard rocks (σD ≤ 200MPa). According to the results of mine test, the paper directs at the questions of the button bits in designing, producing and operating, paying particular attention to their geometry parameters, it puts forward two plans to arrange buttons fit for this technology and the present conditions of our rock drilling tools. It is expected to have some benifit to increase technical competence of small-bore button bits and take further steps to open up domestic and foreign markets.
