摘要
本文阐述了全国综合前兆数据库震情监视系统的设计原则及其结构和功能。为了充分发挥综合前兆数据库在震情监视预报和地震科学研究工作中的作用,我们研制了这个处理系统。它为地下水、水化、地电、形变、重力、地磁和地应力等各种地震预报方法,从数据处理到各种干扰校正、数字滤波、统计分析、频谱分析、异常识别与地震预报、图象识别及综合绘图等,提供了一套完整的软件系统。这套软件性能先进、功能较全。其中有许多特有的方法和处理程序。如用最小一乘法或优选法确定干扰因素的校正系数、DAI数字滤波器和利用滤波器的频率响应特性优选数字处理方法等。本系统不仅可以处理数据库中的各种前兆数据,还可以直接用数据库之外的多种不同格式的数据文件进行处理,不须做格式转换。文中还列举了一些具体计算实例,进一步说明本系统的实际应用效果。
In this paper,the structure, capability and designing rule of the seismic moni -toring systems of comprehensive precursor database was presented.This system was pre -pared for bringing the comprehensive precursor database into full play in earthquake research and monitoring. This system was furnished with several softwares, that may process data of underground water level, geochemistry,geoelectricity,deformation, gravi -ty, geomagnetism and earthstress by using the methods such as pre-proceeding,fre -quency spectrum analyzing, anomaly recognition and earthquake prediction,pattern re -cognizion and comprehensive picture drawing. This system has advanced and perfect functions. Some of them are specialized methods and proceeding programs with own characteristics.For example,deteminating the correction coefficient of disturbing factors, by using the least square method or optimization method; DAI digital filter and opti -mization digital proceeding method using the freqeuncy response of calculating filters. Both the data of the comprehensive precursor database and of others with different for -mat could be also used by the system for processing the documents outside the databa -se.Some examples concerning details were presented in this paper to explain the sys -tern's applicational result.
