采用全集成化分频全电子讯号输出的方法，对５型钟进行了改造，达到了预期的效果。改造后的５型钟可提供时分秒同步电脉冲信号，时分号串行输出方式，使笔绘记录与光记录兼容。守时精度可达Ⅱ类台站用钟标准。

The improvement of five-type clock has been made by use of two method of allintegrated frequency division pure electronic signal output. The improved clock has manymerits such as simple structure. steady clock frequency, low power consumption,stronger function, strong anti-disturbability convenient adjust time and repair 1 besides,it can provide the synchronous electronic pulse signal of hour, minute and second, theoutput method of hour and minute signal series that makes compatille for both pen-inkrecord and photoraphic record. The time accuracy of this clock can reach the requiredstandard of two-level seismic station.
