正常及病理人体胆囊的生物流变特性研究

摘要 本文根据薄壳理论,在肝胆系统组织形态学的基础上导出了胆囊的两维拟弹性应变能函数及胆囊壁的应力—应变关系,并采用一种新型的,由电视尺寸分析仪(VDA)、微压传感器及其它传导系统组成的非接触式测试系统,完成了胆囊的两维应力—应变测定,同时,还发展了一种多维非线性拟合方法来处理实验数据。从初步结果看,胆囊的流变性与组织缔构相关,应变能函数之参数的变化与胆囊壁的病变情况有关。 According to the 'thin shell thory', a two dimensional quasielastic strain energy function of gallbladders, based on the biliary histology, was established. The relationships between the stress and strain of the gallbladder wall were obtained. A new non-contact system which was composed of VDA(Video Dimension-Analyzer), pressure transducer and other transmission has been used to measure the two dimensional stress-strain of the gallbladders. A non-linear multidimensional curve fitting method was applied to fit the measured data. Preliminary results showed that the biorheological properties of gallbladders were significantly related to their histology structure, and that the variations of the parameters in the strain energy function were related to the rheological changes of the gallbladder wall induced by diliary diseases.Keywords: Gallbladder, Strain Energy Function, Rheological Properties, Video Dimension Analyer.
