胰腺的术前及术中超声检测对比分析

The Comparative Study Between Pre-and Intraoperative Sonography of the Pancreas

为了对术前及术中胰腺的B型超声检测进行一较为全面的比较评价,作者对32例非胰腺手术的上腹部择期手术病人作了胰腺的术前及术中超声检测的配对比较,并对术中超声检测方法进行了一定简化。比较结果表明:术中超声检测不仅可以提高胰尾及主胰管的显示率,而且可使胰腺显示更加完整、清楚、精细、胰周血管显示也更清晰。术前及术中超声所测量的胰头、体、尾厚度值是基本一致的。

A pairing comparision between pre- and intraoperative pancreatic sonograms in 32 patients who received selective surgery of the upper abdomen, except for pancreatic surgery, was carried out in order to compare systematically pre- with intraoperative sonography of the pancreas. The methods of intraoperative scanning of the pancreas have been simplified in this study. Our results indicated that intraoperative ultrasound scanning not only increased the visualizing rate of the tail of the pancreas and main pancreatic duct, but imaged the pancreas more complete, more distinct and more precise than the preoperative examination, and that the peripancreatic vessels were also imaged more distinctly. The thickness of the head, body, and tail of the pancreas measured by intraoperative ultrasonography were similar to that measured by preoperative ultrasonography.
