摘要
本文提出了一种基于有限元法和最优化方法结合的二维非均匀各向异性胸腔模型下的人体心电场正问题和逆问题的数值计算方法,并以此分析了理论模型下由于心电源的分布性和人体组织导电特性的差异对体表电位产生的影响。最后进行逆问题的理论计算,较准确地由正向解获得了源的电位分布数值解。
A new method that calculate the two-dimensional forward and inverse problem of ECG by finite element method (FEM) is presented. By the use of this method, we analyze the effect of the source distribution on heart generator and that due to superposition and anisotropic skeletal musle layer. In the second place, the inverse problem of ECG is computed by finite element method and damped leastsquares method, a theoretic epicardial potentials can be obtained by means of calculated torso surface potentials by the procedure of the forward problem.
