几丁质缝合线体内吸收的实验研究

In Vivo Absorption of Chitin Suture:An Experimental Study

几丁质缝线和肠线分别植入体内，观察二者在体内组织反应和吸收速度。结果显示：几丁质缝线在植入２周后开始降解，３月后完全吸收，其降解速度明显快于肠线，且组织反应小，是一种新型的有广泛应用前景的可吸收性外科缝合线。

Chitin suture and gut suture were implanted into rats to observe their absorption and reaction within tissue.The results showed that chitin suture began to degrade two weeks after the implantation, and was totally absorbed in 3 months.The degradation of chitin suture was obviously faster than that of gut suture,while the tissue reaction was smaller in chitin than that in gut suture.The chitin suture is a new absorbable surgical suture with potentially wide application prospect.
