MDL 74405对实验性烟雾吸入伤大鼠血浆及组织MDA水平的影响

摘要 本研究采用大鼠烟雾吸入伤模型,观察了抗氧化剂维生素以E(VitE)同系物MDL74405(0.2,1,5mg/kg,气管内给药)对吸入性损伤的疗效;结果发现,MDL74405能明显降低血浆,肺、肝、心和小肠组织脂质过氧化物丙二醛(MDA)水平,减轻气管及肺组织损伤,使氧分压(PaO2)升高,二氧化碳分压(PaCO2)下降,改善呼吸功能,且疗效比VitE好,可能与MDL74405的强大清除自由基作用和高亲水性有关。 The therapeutic effects of an antioxidant,MDL 74405((S)-(-)-3,4-dihydro-6-hydroxy-N,N,N,2,5,7,8-heptamethyl-2H-1-beilzopyran-2-ethanamium),were observed in rats after severe smoke inhalation injury.It was found that MDL 74405 could reduce the level of malodialdehyde in the plasma,the lungs,the liver,the heart and the intestines of the injured rats significantly,alleviate the damages on the trachea,and the lungs and improve the respiratory function showing an increase of PaO2 and a decrease of Pa-CO2,The therapeutic effects of MDL 74405 on inhalation injury was more effective than those of vitamin E in the same dosage since the former is an antioxidant and is hydrophilic.
