肱骨及桡骨近端骨折合并桡神经损伤的治疗（附77例报道）

Treatment of radial nerve paralysis associated with fractures ofhumerus and proximal radius :Areport of 77 cases

由于桡神经与上肢肱骨及桡骨近端解剖关系密切，肱骨及桡骨近端骨折脱位均易造成桡神经损伤．作者对以往处理上肢骨折合并桡神经损伤患者进行随访，有完整术前和术后结果者７７例，其中７１例结果满意．作者通过随访７７例患者中得出结论，对肱骨骨折伴有桡神经完全瘫痪的患者，早期手术探查是治疗关键．

Radial nerve is predisposedto being injured when associated with fractures of humerus and proxi-mal radius due to their close anatomic relations.From 1960s to 1990, we had treated more than one hundred radial nerve paralyses associated with fractures of humerus and radius and 77 had been followed up , 71 of whom had obtained satisfactory results. We concluded that early surgical intervention for complete radial nerve paralysis played a key role in therestoration of the function.
