1951～1986年海军人员非战伤性主要死因分析

Analysis of Major Death Causes of Non-War Wounds in the Chinese People's Navy from 1951 to 1986

为探明海军人员５０～８０年代的总死亡水平和死因谱的变动趋势，分析了１９５１～１９８６年海军在编人员的死因资料。结果揭示：恶性肿瘤、意外死亡和消化系疾病是海军在编人员的三大死因，占死亡总数的７４．９７％。３６年来，传染病和结核病的死亡率呈明显下降趋势。其中传染病死亡率下降了４９．０７％，但仍处于死因的第４～５位：结核病死亡率下降了９２．６８％，由５０年代的第４位死因降至８０年代的第１０位。恶性肿瘤和脑血管病的死亡率呈明显上升趋势。其中恶性肿瘤死亡率上升了１．２倍，由第２位死因前移至第１位：脑血管病死亡率上升近１倍，由第１０位死因上升到第６位。

This report describes the general mortality and changes of the spectrum of death causes in the Chinese People's Navy from 50's to 80's, through the analysis of death causes from 1951 to 1986. Malignant tumors, accidents and the digestive system diseases were the three leading death causes in the Navy, amounting to 74.97% of all death causes. In the past 36 years, the mortality of infectious diseases and tuberculosis decreased markedly; that of infectious diseases by 49.07%,but still remaining between the fourth and fifth death causes, and that of tuberculosis by 92.68%,dropping from the fourth place in 50s to the tenth place in 80s. While the mortality of malignant tumors and cerebrovascular disease increased markedly; that of malignant tumors by 1.2 times, shifting from the second to the first leading cause of death and that of cerebrovascular disease by about one time, shifting from the tenth to the sixth leading cause of death.
