摘要
椎-基底动脉系供血障碍不仅导致眩晕,也可引起脑干功能亚临床损害。这种损害影响了脑干系统的神经突触联结,在听脑干反应测试中则表现为对增加声刺激频率特别敏感。在30例眩晕患者与30例健康对照组中比较了10次/s和50次/s不同声刺激频率的听脑干反应I、III、V波潜伏期及反应波1~V潜伏期峰间期。结果表明,在眩晕患者中增加声刺激频率,大大增加了听脑干反应I、III、V波潜伏期及反应波I~V潜伏期峰间期,从而为缺血性眩晕的诊断和治疗增添客观依据。
The obstacle of blood supply of vertebral-basilar arteriae system can not only result in vertigo, but also subclinical impairment of brainstem function. This kind of injury affects synaptic efficacy of brainstem. In the auditory brainstem response, it appears to be especially sensitive to the effect of increased stimulus rate. The I. Ⅲ. V wave latency and I  ̄ V wave latency interpeak differences of auditory brainstem responsed to stimulation at the rate of 10/s and 50/s were measured in 30 patients with vertigo and 30 healthy controls. The result showed that the latency(wave I, Ⅲ, V) and latency interpeak differences (wave I ̄ V) increased while the stimulus rate increased.Thus, we provide an objective basis for the diagnosis and treatment of ischemic vertigo.
