摘要
报道了白曼陀罗DaturametelL的一新变种─温州曼陀罗D.metelL.var.wenchowensis。并通过电镜扫描、凝胶电泳及生物碱测定的实验,比较了两者的形态、超微结构和化学组成的差异。结果表明,本变种与白曼陀罗外部形态不同,花冠和花粉粒扫描电镜观察也有明显区别,可溶性蛋白及过氧化物同工酶凝胶电泳图谱区别不明显。本变种东莨菪碱含量明显高于白曼陀罗,这种特性是稳定的。
The new variety of Datura, D. metel L. var. wenchowensis CZ, Qiao et HJ, Sun is described in this paper. Comparative studies on ultrastructure and chemical components between D.metel and D.metel L.var.wenchowensis were carried out using scanning electromicroscope (SEM), electrophoretic analysis and alkaloid analysis. The results showed that the variety differed obviously from D.metel in morphology and features of corollas and pollen grains, however, no difference was discovered between them in figure pattern of isoenzyme and soluble protein. The scoporamine content of this variety was higher than that of D.metel, and the specific property was stable.
